Located within a distinctive multi-level industrial strata development in Richmond, this 2,300 SF project involved the complete transformation of a shell space into the new headquarters for a local logistics and shipping company.

CMP Construction delivered the full interior build-out, creating a finished office environment tailored to the client’s operational needs. The scope included a new dedicated HVAC system, with outdoor mechanical units installed on the rooftop.

The building’s multi-level configuration presented unique construction and access challenges. Materials and equipment had to be carefully coordinated and transported through freight elevators, requiring thoughtful planning and sequencing throughout the project.

CMP managed the renovation from shell condition through completion, coordinating architectural, mechanical, electrical, finishing, and site logistics to deliver a fully operational headquarters within the constraints of this unique industrial development.
