Who We Are

CMP was founded in 2005 as a construction firm and, over time, evolved into a vertically integrated development and construction platform.  

That integration grew organically through client needs, giving us both construction intelligence and a development perspective at every decision point.

 

As projects became more complex, clients asked us to do more than build. They needed cost certainty, schedule clarity, and decisions grounded in how projects actually get financed and delivered. Our role expanded naturally in response.

 

Today, that perspective shows up in how we operate. We identify cost efficiencies without eroding quality, anticipate timeline risks before they surface, and phase work with the experience to keep projects moving as conditions shift.

 

Now in its second generation, the firm carries forward a disciplined way of working. Rigor, conscientiousness, and sound judgment—applied consistently in the field and across the table.
