Sammy brings over two decades of experience across executive leadership, development, accounting and legal strategy, capital structuring, and commercial brokerage.
He joined CMP as CEO in 2018, carrying forward the family business full cycle understanding of real estate — from acquisition and feasibility through financing, construction, and delivery.
His background allows him to bridge strategic objectives with on-the-ground execution, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate complex project requirements with clarity.
Sammy works closely with CMP’s clients to ensure every project is delivered with disciplined oversight, financial transparency, and consistent focus on schedule and capital performance.

Daniel brings over 15 years of construction management experience across concrete and wood-frame residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects throughout British Columbia.
As Director of Operations, he leads execution with a focus on delivery discipline, cost control, and schedule certainty.
Trained as an architect and holding a Master of Building Engineering in Construction Management, Daniel combines design literacy with deep constructability and field leadership.
His early career included complex infrastructure projects—such as SkyTrain station upgrades and water treatment facilities—before advancing into senior leadership roles in residential and mixed-use construction. Today, he ensures CMP’s projects are delivered with clarity, precision, and predictability on site.

Anita is a founding principal of CMP. Her background spans urban planning, architecture, civil engineering, and construction management — bringing rare cross-disciplinary depth to the firm’s work.
As a first-generation founder, Anita has led and delivered projects across two distinct real estate markets — an uncommon perspective that strengthens CMP’s technical rigor and development insight.
Her portfolio includes high-rise residential communities, major shopping centres, and landmark institutional buildings internationally, as well as towers, mid-rise apartments, townhomes, and luxury custom homes across Vancouver’s most established neighbourhoods.
With decades of experience spanning planning, design, and execution, Anita brings seasoned judgment, long-range perspective, and deep industry intelligence to complex development and construction projects. Anita holds final executional judgment across the firm's work.

Darwin is a founding principal of CMP. Trained as a structural engineer, he brings deep technical rigor and engineering discipline to the firm’s foundation.
With a career spanning engineering practice and construction management, Darwin contributes a disciplined technical lens to complex projects. His strength lies in structural logic, risk calibration, and ensuring that what is designed on paper performs precisely in the field.
His early work focused on advanced structural analysis and performance systems, including complex infrastructure and high-rise structural evaluation — disciplines where precision, sound judgment, and accountability are non-negotiable.
