THE GRAND PRESENTATION CENTRE
SIZE: 4,500 SF
VALUE: $950,000
COMPLETION: 2013
The Grand Presentation Centre in Richmond was developed to introduce a 14-storey mixed-use residential tower comprising 123 condominium units with ground-level CRUs to the market. Strategically positioned within Richmond’s urban core, the development integrates residential living above activated retail frontage — strengthening both community presence and long-term asset value.
Constructed from an existing strip mall retail space, the presentation centre was thoughtfully reimagined to reflect the scale and ambition of the tower. The interior featured a detailed architectural scale model of the 14-storey building, comprehensive floorplan displays for all 123 residences, curated material galleries, and integrated digital presentation systems. Custom millwork, layered lighting, and refined finishes elevated the former retail shell into a polished sales environment capable of supporting both private consultations and high-traffic launch events.
Pre-sales for the project were conducted by Key Marketing, leveraging the presentation centre as a strategic platform to drive buyer engagement and market momentum.
