The ENZO Presentation Centre began as a generic office unit within a concrete office building in Kerrisdale. Through a complete tenant improvement transformation, the space was reimagined from conventional workplace layout into a refined sales showcase — purpose-built to introduce ENZO Townhomes to the Westside market.

Walls were repositioned. Lighting was re-layered. Finishes were reconsidered. What once felt corporate and ordinary was carefully reshaped into an immersive environment reflecting ENZO’s Japandi-inspired design philosophy — calm, precise, and intentional.

Natural textures, soft architectural lighting, custom millwork, and curated material displays now guide visitors through the story of 20 non-stack townhomes arranged around a private courtyard. A detailed scale model anchors the room, while floorplans and finish palettes are presented with clarity and restraint.
