This tenant improvement project involved converting a dated 2000s-era office — characterized by heavy wood finishes, enclosed layouts, and low-efficiency lighting — into a clean, contemporary workspace aligned with modern operational needs.
The renovation removed dark millwork, segmented partitions, and traditional detailing, replacing them with glass divisions, streamlined millwork, and a lighter material palette to maximize natural light and spatial openness. Upgraded LED lighting, refreshed flooring systems, and integrated data infrastructure modernized both the performance and aesthetic of the space.
Mechanical and electrical systems were recalibrated to support flexible work configurations, collaborative zones, and updated technology requirements. The design approach emphasized clarity, functionality, and long-term adaptability — transforming an outdated office environment into a refined, efficient, and future-ready workplace.
