ARTBOX Life4Cut at Guildford Town Centre involved a fast-track retail tenant improvement within a high-traffic regional shopping mall environment.

The project transformed a standard mall retail unit into brand-forward photo and lifestyle concept space. Working within a limited budget and aggressive timeline, the build-out required disciplined trade coordination, efficient material selection, and precise scheduling to meet mall delivery requirements and tenant opening deadlines.

The scope included storefront refinements, custom booth installations, integrated lighting systems, branding features, and electrical upgrades to support high customer turnover and equipment demands. Despite cost constraints, the final space achieved strong visual identity and operational efficiency.
