CMP Construction delivered this brand-new ENT medical clinic within a concrete office building, starting from base building specifications.Working alongside medical clinic specialist Olive E + O, we transformed the shell space into a warm, welcoming clinical environment — carefully balancing healthcare compliance with comfort and design clarity.

The scope included full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination to meet medical-use requirements, detailed millwork integration, acoustic considerations, and specialized treatment room layouts. Certain medical equipment required structural tie-down and reinforcement, which were coordinated with the building’s structural system to ensure safety, compliance, and long-term performance.

The result is a purpose-built clinic that performs technically while presenting a calm, patient-centered atmosphere — precise execution behind a soft, reassuring front-of-house experience.
